Building Stronger Communities, One Connection at a Time

As we welcome June, we're reminded that strong communities are built through meaningful connections. Every conversation, act of kindness, and shared experience helps create a supportive environment where individuals and families can thrive.

At Family Ties, we are grateful for the clients, volunteers, donors, sponsors, and community partners who make our work possible. Your support helps us strengthen relationships, expand opportunities, and create lasting positive change.

Thank you for being part of our journey.

Together, we are building stronger communities, one connection at a time.

Agency Updates

June is National PTSD & Men's Mental Health Awareness Month

June is recognized as both National PTSD Awareness Month and Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, providing an important opportunity to increase understanding, encourage support, and reduce stigma surrounding mental health challenges.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can affect individuals of all ages and backgrounds following traumatic experiences.

June also shines a light on men's mental health. Many men face unique challenges when it comes to discussing emotions and seeking help. This month serves as a reminder that asking for support is a sign of strength, and that mental health matters for everyone.

At Family Ties, we are committed to fostering conversations that promote wellness, resilience, and connection.
